The Executive and Staff Team

The Senior Management Team has delegated responsibility from the Board for the day-to-day running of West Herts Homes .
All senior managers are based at West Herts Homes main office at Enterprise House, in Hemel Hempstead.

Paul Eastwood(Chief Executive and Company Secretary)

Paul joined West Herts Homes in November 2015 as Interim Chief Executive and has been the permanent Chief Executive since April 2017. Paul brings extensive experience of the housing sector to the role, having held the role of CEO or interim CEO with 4 housing associations and having carried out several successful assignments as a freelance consultant. During his career, Paul has also been a board member with 5 housing associations, a commercial maintenance company, and several voluntary sector bodies. He has been a speaker at professional conferences in the UK and Europe on many occasions over the past 20 years. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Member of the Institute of Directors, an alumni member of Ashridge Business School and also holds a BA and MBA from the University of Liverpool. 

Liz Kelvin(Office Manager )

Liz joined West Herts Homes in November 2017 and manages the office admin functions, supervises the admin team and leads on servicing the Board.  Liz has many years experience as an administrator, and joined West Herts Homes from an Office Manager position. Previously Liz was a teacher, teaching KS2 classes in primary schools followed by several years teaching functional skills to adults with learning difficulties. 

Sass Ezekiel(Interim Finance Manager)

Sass has been working with West Herts Homes since Spring 2018, working on business planning, and leading on reporting to the board.

Office-based Staff

Helen Kenyon(Housing Officer)

Helen initially joined West Herts Homes in 2017, and became a permanent member of the staff team in summer 2018. Helen has previous experience of housing management gained within the private sector. Helen is responsible for the management of our tenants’ homes, supporting tenants from the moment they move into their new homes and throughout their time as a West Herts Homes tenant. This includes managing our grounds and communal areas, collecting rent and dealing with problems of antisocial behaviour.

Sharon Drew(Administration Officer 'part-time')

Sharon joined West Herts Homes in 2015, and deals with a wide range of administration duties, including arranging annual servicing, and dealing with telephone enquiries.

Elizabeth Bird(Administration Officer 'part-time')

Elizabeth joined West Herts Homes in 2018, and works closely with Sharon on helping to deliver the administration service as well as working with the Finance Team.
